Position Overview

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Commercial to lead Transform’s revenue engine. You’ll shape and execute our go-to-market strategy, grow a high-performing sales team, and build trusted partnerships with clients who care about culture and performance.

This is a fully remote, full-time leadership role reporting to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead Transform’s commercial team, including sales, partnerships, and revenue ops
  • Own and evolve our GTM strategy across enterprise, healthcare, and education segments
  • Develop strategic relationships with senior decision-makers and organizational buyers
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine positioning and pricing
  • Manage sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and optimize systems for scale
  • Coach and empower a values-aligned sales team with clarity and accountability
  • Represent Transform at industry events, conferences, and partner conversations
Qualifications
  • 8–10+ years in B2B SaaS, EdTech, or people-development platforms, with sales leadership experience
  • Proven success building sales teams and driving growth in fast-paced environments
  • Expertise in consultative sales and complex enterprise cycles
  • Strong communicator and relationship-builder
  • Analytical and systems-oriented; fluent in metrics and performance strategy

  • Manage a pipeline of qualified prospects across key industries
  • Lead engaging discovery and demo experiences rooted in client challenges
  • Translate needs into customized proposals and solutions
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and provide regular insights on sales performance
  • Advocate for Transform’s mission and act as a trusted advisor to clients
Qualifications
  • 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS, EdTech, or HR/L&D tech sales
  • Strong experience with solution selling and enterprise buying journeys
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and execute Transform’s marketing strategy from brand to lead generation
  • Develop messaging frameworks rooted in relational intelligence and human performance
  • Create content that drives awareness and thought leadership across channels
  • Oversee the website, social presence, and digital campaigns
  • Align closely with Sales to ensure shared goals and integrated GTM
  • Establish marketing KPIs and lead insights-driven experimentation
  • Hire and manage a small team of creatives and specialists
Qualifications
  • 6–10+ years in B2B marketing, with experience owning strategy and execution
  • Deep experience in SaaS, HR tech, EdTech, or people development categories
  • Strong writing and storytelling capabilities

We’re looking for a Strategy Intern to support high-priority initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making as we scale.

Position Overview

This is a cross-functional, research-intensive role perfect for someone interested in product strategy, innovation, or human development. You’ll collaborate directly with leadership and gain real exposure to the inner workings of a mission-driven startup.

This is a paid remote internship for a current student or recent graduate.

  • Conduct research and analysis on competitors, trends, and markets
