Ellie Kazemi – CEO, Transform
For years, I’ve worked in conflict resolution, helping people navigate tough conversations and bridge the gaps between good intentions and mutual understanding. Across roles with supervisors, students, and leaders, I saw the same pattern: communication and perspective gaps that weren’t about motivation, but about connection.
As a behavioral scientist, professor, and founder of Transform VXR, I combine learning science and technology to help leaders build stronger, more connected workplaces. For over 20 years, I’ve served in executive roles, including Chief Science Officer, and partnered with organizations like NASA and FEMA on training, measurement, and workforce development.
I created Transform VXR to make learning engagement strategies and relational skills accessible and scalable. Our approach blends immersive AI simulations with a framework for relational intelligence that strengthens engagement, communication, and collaboration across teams.
The goal isn’t to offer quick fixes that don’t stick, but to build sustainable relational skills that endure across people and time. When people connect better, they collaborate better, and organizations thrive.
My mission is simple: to help people navigate challenging moments with humility, empathy, and understanding, because better conversations lead to better results, for everyone.
Jonas Acquah – CFO, Transform
I’m a real estate investor and the CFO of Transform, where I combine strategy, finance, and systems thinking to help organizations scale through stronger workplace relationships. My background spans investment banking, capital markets, and enterprise leadership—including roles as Divisional CFO (Business Manager) and Financial Controller at JPMorgan Chase, Head of Center of Excellence for Technology Finance at Chubb, and Head of Business Management for Liquidity Solutions at Silicon Valley Bank, a division of First Citizens Bank.
Across these roles, I’ve led complex business transformations, optimized performance through data and disciplined execution, and built financial strategies that expand margins while improving operational clarity. But what’s stuck with me most is this: technical performance doesn’t sustain without relational infrastructure. At SVB, I watched high-performing sales leaders with deep client relationships struggle to scale them—highlighting the need to turn relational intelligence into a repeatable system, not just a personality trait.
I’m a first-generation Ghanaian American, grounded in community, faith, and the belief that business success is inseparable from human connection. At Transform, my mission is simple, to build the strategic, financial, and operational backbone for tools that help optimize and scale business performance by investing in how people work together—especially those long overlooked by traditional leadership models.
