about transform
We exist to unlock the full power of people at work
Through relationship intelligence, immersive learning, and real-time coaching, we help professionals build the human skills that drive performance, including the ones no automation can replace.
Our Mission
To transform how people connect, lead, and grow through immersive learning, real-time relational coaching, and performance optimization through human connection.
- Immersive learning
- Real-time, relational coaching
- Performance optimization through human connection
Our Vision
A world where the most effective way to grow is also the most human: fun, experiential, relational, and real-time.
In a world where people fear AI will replace them, we believe the opposite. Human skills are the competitive edge. And the time to develop them is now.

Ellie Kazemi and Jonas Acquah
Visionaries in behavioral science, performance optimization, organizational transformation, and the future of learning.
Ellie Kazemi believes some of the most important skills in work and life are also the ones we practice the least.
As a behavioral scientist, professor, executive leader, and founder of Transform, she has spent more than 20 years helping people navigate difficult conversations, build trust, and create meaningful behavior change. Across healthcare, education, leadership, and organizational settings, she noticed the same challenge: success often depended less on what people knew and more on how they connected with others when the stakes were high.
Over her career, Ellie has served in executive leadership roles, partnered with organizations including NASA and FEMA, and developed training and measurement systems used to support workforce development and performance improvement.
She created Transform around a simple belief: learning should be active, practical, and even fun. Transform gives people a place to practice real conversations, receive feedback, and strengthen the relational skills that influence trust, engagement, collaboration, and performance.
When she’s not speaking, consulting, or building new platforms, she’s usually exploring the same question that inspired Transform in the first place: Why do we expect people to perform skills they’ve never had a chance to practice?
Jonas is a real estate investor and the CFO of Transform, combining strategy, finance, and systems thinking to help organizations scale through stronger workplace relationships. His background spans investment banking, capital markets, and enterprise leadership, including roles as Divisional CFO (Business Manager) at JPMorgan Chase, Head of Center of Excellence for Technology Finance at Chubb, and Head of Business Management for Liquidity Solutions at Silicon Valley Bank, a Division of First Citizens Bank.
Across these roles, Jonas was responsible for helping organizations improve the outcomes executives cared about: revenue growth, margin expansion, client experience and satisfaction, operational efficiency, and workforce performance transformation, designing systems to identify why organizations succeeded or why they failed to sustain success. What became increasingly clear was that most organizations were exceptionally good at measuring outcomes but remarkably poor at measuring the human behaviors that produced those outcomes. Time and again, Jonas watched highly capable teams struggle – not for lack of strategy or poor execution but because of communication breakdowns, misaligned expectations, and relationship challenges. These behaviors had a measurable impact on business outcomes, yet remained largely invisible within traditional management systems and that realization became the foundation for Transform.
A first-generation Ghanaian American, Jonas is grounded in community, faith, and the belief that business success is inseparable from human connection.
what we believe
The principles we work from
Workplace relationships drive business performance
When automation takes over tasks, human connection becomes your edge. Empathy, communication, and ethical leadership are strategic, not just soft skills.
These skills can be taught and practiced
Relational skill is not a fixed trait. Like any behavior, it can be shaped through structured practice, immediate feedback, and repetition with increasing difficulty.
Real-time coaching leads to lasting change
Awareness does not change behavior. Fluency-based practice does. We build tools that create behavior change, not just insight.
We practice what we teach
We believe in continuous learning, reflection, and feedback. Growth starts with us. We hold ourselves to the same standard we hold our clients.
